1. Who we are

2048 Combo is provided by Row0 Inc, a company registered in Canada, at 10 Milmar Ct, Markham, Ontario L3T 4J2, Canada. Questions can be sent to support+2048combo@row0.ai.

2. Licence

2048 Combo is licensed, not sold. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play it on Android, iPhone or iPad devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. The terms of the store you downloaded it from (Google Play or the App Store) also apply. Mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived still apply.

3. Playing fairly

You may not cheat, exploit bugs, automate play, tamper with saves, purchases or ads, interfere with our services, attempt unauthorised access, or distribute modified copies. Security research protected by law is welcome; please report vulnerabilities to us before disclosing them.

4. Boosters and other game items

Boosters, coins, notches, spins and other in-game items are earned through play. They are licensed game content with no cash value, cannot be bought, sold or transferred, and cannot be redeemed for money. We may rebalance how they are earned and used.

5. Ads

2048 Combo is free and shows ads, including optional rewarded ads that grant extra moves or a fresh start. Ads are provided by third parties; we are not responsible for their content or the products they promote. A reward is granted only when an ad completes; if no ad is available, try again later.

6. Ad-free purchase

• Google Play or the App Store processes the ad-free purchase under its own terms, prices, taxes and payment rules. The price shown on the store's purchase sheet is authoritative.
• Ad-free is a one-time purchase. It removes all ads, including rewarded ads, and grants their rewards without watching.
• Ad-free is tied to your store account and to the game's backup of your progress. With Android Backup turned on (Android) or iCloud turned on (iPhone and iPad), reinstalling the game on the same account restores ad-free and your progress automatically. If backup was off, contact us with your order number.
• If a charge succeeds but ad-free does not appear, keep the app installed and contact us with your Google Play order number or App Store order ID.
• Refunds are handled by Google Play or Apple under their refund policies. A refunded purchase no longer removes ads.

7. Progress backup and availability

2048 Combo stores progress on your device and backs it up to our server when it can. You can play offline. We work to protect your progress, but do not rely on the game as permanent storage. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, including backups, for security, legal, platform or product reasons, and will take reasonable care not to remove ad-free you have paid for.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains the information 2048 Combo and its partners collect, how ads and measurement work, and the choices you have.

9. Intellectual property and feedback

2048 Combo, its software, art, audio, stages, text and branding belong to Row0 or its licensors. If you send us ideas or feedback, you let us use them freely without obligation to you.

10. Third-party services

The game relies on third-party services including Google Play, the App Store, iCloud, AppLovin and its ad partners, Meta, GameAnalytics and our hosting providers. They have their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for their outages or decisions outside our reasonable control.

11. Disclaimers

To the extent the law allows, 2048 Combo and our services are provided "as is" and "as available", without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation. This does not exclude warranties or remedies that cannot be excluded under consumer law.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Row0 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from 2048 Combo. Our total liability for any claim about the game is limited to the greater of US $50 or what you paid us for 2048 Combo in the 12 months before the claim. These limits do not apply where the law prohibits them.

13. Termination

You may stop playing at any time. We may limit your access to our services for serious or repeated breaches of these terms, fraud, attacks or legal requirements.

14. Governing law

Except where mandatory local consumer law says otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and disputes will be heard in the courts of Ontario. If you live in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland or another place with mandatory local rights, you may also rely on those rights and your local courts.

15. Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the new date here and give additional notice when the law requires it. Continuing to play after an update means you accept the revised terms.
